Our SidePull Light device is suitable for determining the neutral temperature of continuously welded rail tracks, and it operates under the mechanical chord stress principle.
Application of the SidePull Light has several advantages, such as:

rail cutting and welding are not required;
-
low device weight, so it can be used in an easy and fast way;
-
the real neutral temperature can be calculated with 0,5°C accuracy.
08/02/2024 - Accident at the railway crossing
The relevance of video recording in level crossings.
Due to human inattention and non-observance of traffic rules, there are more and more accidents at railway crossings. The latest event was recorded by one of our devices, the V-Tanú, and the Hungarian State Railways (MÁV) was published on the official website and YouTube channel.
We would like to remind everyone to always obey the traffic rules and only cross the level crossing if you are absolutely sure that no danger will prevent you from crossing!

The OLD-2 Optical Lens Densitometer can measure the optical density of colored (painted) lenses, their transmission and absorption spectra in the ultraviolet and visible spectral ranges of electromagnetic waves.
Three versions of equipment were developed:

OLD-2 is the basic version,

OLD-2-GR is capable of measuring gradient lenses,
-
OLD-2-GR-UV which measures the ultra-violet protection layer at 385 nm and 400 nm.

Developed for load testing and deformation measurement of bridges, structures or rail movement;

Contactless, remote measurement of 2D displacement from a base station located as far as 100 meters;
-
Continuous recording of 4 channels, suitable for both static and dynamic cases;
-
No need for road or track closure;
-
Results are immediately available for on-site evaluation.

It measures the wheel diameter according to the special version three-point chord measurement principle.

It can be used the entire range of the common wheel types from 330 mm upto1400 mm diameter!

This device provides convenient usage on the field and in the installation shaft too!

17/03/2023 V-Tanú - the video witness of the railway barrier break
V-Tanú records what happened in the vicinity of the railway crossing under the red signal.
In the event of a barrier break, the recording is preserved without overwriting.
Based on the recording, the license plate number of the vehicle can be recognized, so the crime can be proven.
V-Tanú sends an SMS to designated professionals and the police when the barrier is breached.
If the barrier is not broken, the recording is automatically overwritten to the next red signal.

DIVA 700-B measures the 3 main track parameters via digital technology.
The DIVA 700-B provided with OLED display. At the same time Android based software is also available for controlling the measuring process and for storing the measuring results on Android phone.
DIVA 700-B is also available in dual format. I.e. this version of the device can be used for different track gauges such as 1435/1668mm or 1435/1520 mm!

The WearCheck 45-S is an easy-to-use, hand operated rail height and side-wear (22,5; 45 and 67,5 degree) measuring equipment.
Thanks to its special mechanical preparation it is possible to measure the wear values with WearCheck 45-S in curve at guard rails as well!

27/10/2019 Measuring service during rail grinding activity in night time
We have started our serial production but we also keep on developing our devices. We are testing our devices via measuring services. We improve our devices and software based on acquired experiences. Therefore, we are able to increase reliability and accuracy continuously. Our engineers have spent more than 40 nights in rail tracks recently measuring Head Check defects, and measuring rail profiles before and after grinding activity.
Devices: HCscan, GF04, GF08, RPCS.
